The MUSIZ Foundation was created by Ivan Moudov as an artistic project in 2010 and later grew into a public benefit organization. The main goal of the Foundation is the development and popularization of contemporary art.

MUSIZ carries out its activities in partnership with similar organizations and institutions on an international scale, as it develops education initiatives, maintains an information base, an archive, and a contemporary art library, and is engaged in publishing.

Among the initial and continuing projects of the Foundation are the Masters of Photography and One-Night Gallery platforms, set up with the goal to promote the visual arts scene in Bulgaria. Masters of Photography presents to the audience internationally recognized artists and organizes exhibitions and lectures of these authors around the country. One-Night Gallery originated as an artistic project for art space where exhibitions or performances are shown only in the opening nights of the events.

The mission of MUSIZ Foundation is to create new channels for exchange of knowledge and artistic projects which will contribute to the world map of cultural events.
